There is a beautiful community center with a full kitchen and great pool table. A big pool and a basketball court to play at in the summer. The office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff keep the community clean and running well. I met some amazing people here that welcomed me in like family. I am glad I got to spend time in this community.

Cute 1 BR, 1 BA home located on a dead end street in a quiet community. Convenient to the airport, shopping, dining and more. Love the management here they are so amazing.All of the management are so friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better management. The new management is great though.
I decided to buy a trailer in the community. She was extremely helpful and informative! The community is very nice, and offers amenities such as a pool, basketball court, play ground and you can rent the main building for parties and gatherings.

There is a nice lake for fishing, and the property is large and full of trails for walking. There are also trails through the woods that are great places for kids to play. Absolute top location, living adjacent to the park, with the feeling of living in the woods, surrounded by greenery.

Lakeside Community is a beautiful, serene 55-plus manufactured home community set in the scenic rural countryside of Northwest Indiana. It is centrally located so it is easy to get to work in Starkville, Columbus, or West Point.
Nestled in the trees at the end of South Lake Harris Road, Lakeside MHC is the biggest and longest-owned community in the MDunn portfolio. This location is great for anyone who wants to be as close as possible to Longview without being inside it. Lakeside consists of 59 manufactured homes across 4 small streets sitting on the far-eastern end of White Oak, near Longview – just to the south of US Highway 80. Lakeside Mobile Home Community has 1 shopping centers within 1.3 miles, which is about a 5-minute drive. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. I moved my family up from out of state.
